CLINICAL HISTORY: 54-year-old Male with vomiting status post ileostomy takedown.
TECHNIQUE: Upright views of the abdomen.
FINDINGS: There are multiple dilated loops of small bowel and air-fluid levels seen on the upright study. There is a paucity of colonic air. There is an area of previous ostomy which may represent a cecum which contains air. There is no free air identified.
